Om tjänsten
Du kommer att arbeta efter skadeprocessen som innebär mottagning av kund, tidsbokning, boka hyrbil till kund, fakturering, skadebesiktning, räkna på kalkyler till försäkringsbolag och utlämning av bil. Du ansvarar även för att arbete planeras ut i Cabplan på respektive Skadetekniker.
Vad vi önskar av dig
Vi tror att du har kunskaper inom fordonsteknik samt bra på att hantera kunder. Vi ser att du har erfarenhet av arbete med skadeberäkning och har du dessutom kunskap i Cabas är det meriterande. Du behärskar svenska flytande i tal och skrift samt innehar B-körkort. Du har en god datavana och digital förståelse.

Position description
We are right now looking for Head of Global Warranty, who can take this area to the next level. You see the importance of the warranty perspective from commercial, legal and compliance perspective, but also understand the need of development needed in the warranty areas as we move into new business models such as Equipment as a Service and Digital services. We expect that you want to explore new ways of working, drive continuous improvements and the understand the immense opportunities that Data analytics and Artificial Intelligence will give us in this area.


As the Head of Global warranty you are responsible to define and lead Volvo CE warranty strategy and secure a competitive warranty policy compared to competitors. You own and manage the global warranty process, i.e developing it all the way out via regions to the dealers. You also define, develop and secure adherence to Volvo CE warranty terms and conditions. You have a commercial and a customer-oriented mindset and work in close collaboration with the regions.


We are looking for a person with strong and inspiring leadership skills. You have proven experience as a leader, You have a personal drive in leading teams and colleagues both in your own organisation and cross-functionally. The team has a global responsibility and is located in Eskilstuna
As a member of the Uptime, Productivity& Parts leadership team you are a part of driving service market globally, contributing to the ambition to double the service revenue until 2030
