Who are you?

We don’t know you yet, but we believe that you are a creative UX designer that is genuinely interested in creating user-friendly and value creating functions within the area of fleet, traffic, and productivity applications for autonomous vehicles. To achieve this, it will be useful if you are experienced and proficient in:
Utilizing quantitative and qualitative user research and user studies to generate meaningful insights that will create creative concepts for how the system is supposed to behave.
Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and rapid prototypes.
Anchoring concepts and findings with necessary stakeholders to secure both business value and implementation ability.
Driving the organization towards a more structured approach around UX work.

However, most importantly you should be an open and creative person with a can-do attitude, have a strong passion for solving our customer’s problems and be eager to learn new things.

You also need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken and either speak Swedish or not being afraid of to learn a new language.

The role also includes participating in continuous improvement of our ways of working and you will be encouraged to dream big, dare to fail, innovate, and always invest time in personal development.

Är du en digital designer med bra koll på UX/UI och som dessutom kan skriva HTML och CSS? Bra! Är du dessutom kvinna? Ännu bättre (men vi trycker inte upp stoppskylten i nyllet för dig som är man)!
Vem är du?
Självklart behöver du vara kompetent för jobbet, men vi lägger också stor vikt vid personlighet och egenskaper. Vi letar ju efter en person som passar in i gänget – en ny c-bird. Med det sagt behöver du inte kunna allt vi nämner här, men vi uppskattar att du är nyfiken och strävar efter att lära dig nya saker. Då blir både du och vi som team vassare och kan göra skillnad för våra kunder.
Du skäms inte över att kalla dig för en duktig designer. Du ÄR ju en duktig designer som kan hoppa in i din målgrupps hjärna och förstå hur de tar emot budskap. Användarperspektivet har till och med vuxit fast i dig och du har det där vi så abstrakt kallar för “känsla” (du vet precis vad vi pratar om). Kombinationen av design och funktion får dig att gå ned i spagat och du formger alltid med slutanvändaren i fokus. Vi älskar när du kommer med egna förslag på lösningar och bidrar till teamet även utanför ditt område. Att du är en jävel på det du gör får gärna backas upp av en akademisk utbildning men det är inget krav. Vi ser hellre att du har koll i verkligheten än på pappret.

Hur jobbar en c-bird?
På Columbird jobbar du självständigt och i team. Ofta behöver vi varandras kompetenser för att knyta ihop den berömda säcken, och ta ett helhetsgrepp i våra projekt, men på vägen dit spenderar vi en del tid på egen kammare. Oavsett ser vi kafferep (i dagsläget digitala sådana) i grupp som heliga. Likaså den gemensamma fredagsfrukosten. Kort och gott har vi en skön stämning och vi bryr oss om varandra. Vi gillar att utgå från kontoret men det funkar även att jobba hemifrån när behovet finns. Det väljer du.
Har du koll på tekniken?
Du vet när lågstadieläraren sa åt dig att kunna multiplikationstabellen så jävla bra att du kan räkna ut 6 x 8 utan problem sömndrucken i natten? Det är du med Adobeprogrammen. Vi jobbar med XD men kommer inte tvinga dig att göra det. Däremot behöver du kunna XD eller motsvarande såsom Sketch, Figma eller annat. It’s your call.
Du gillar att ta dina designer hela vägen till och med programmering och har med fördel bemästrat att skriva såväl HTML som CSS. Har du dessutom nosat på JavaScript är det en guldstjärna i marginalen. Kan du dessutom animera stör vi guldstjärnor över ditt skrivbord.
Det här ska du ha!
Har du tagit dig ända hit har vi kanske redan lockat in dig i fågelboet, men vi plockar fram våra sista ess i rockärmen… är du med? Vi vill att du ska trivas och må bra när du jobbar på Columbird. Dessutom ger vi dig JA på ledighetsansökningar så du kan göra roliga saker på egen hand också.
