Since 2021 we have established an European headquarter in Eskilstuna, Sweden! Here we will have one of Europe’s most modern production plants that will be a major contributor in electrifying transportation. We have a exciting journey ahead of us and you now have the opportunity to be a part of this! ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Process Operator at Senior Material, you'll play a vital role in ensuring handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film. Joining a driven and growing department, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and have a close collaboration with our Operations team! Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will mainly include to correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information. And you also need to handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements. 
In summary, you will play an important role in the Operations department! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film. 2. To correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information. 3. To handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements. 4. Cleaning is a very important part of the work since the production runs in a cleanroom. 5. Always put your and your colleague’s safety first. 6. Keep a good dialogue with managers, other operators and all other employees in the company and make sure the next shift has the relevant info about your machines. 7. Handle the machines with care. 8. Reduce the waste and try to run all operations considering environment and to not use more resources than necessary. 9. Always look for ways to improve the process, quality, and output. 10. Be updated on all related instructions, SOP, policies, and other related documents.
Job competence requirements
Completed upper secondary education.
Preferably previous industrial experience.
Experience in industrial processes.
5S and Lean thinking.
Flexible and helpful to your colleagues.

Om jobbet
Som Process Ingenjör hos Senior Material har du en nyckelroll. Du kommer att arbeta tvärfunktionellt mellan deras coating- och slittingavdelning. Du kommer även att stötta upp RD, operatörerna och kvalitetsavdelningen.
Senior Material tillverkar en separatorfilm som är en komponent i hållbara och driftsäkra litumbatterier. Separatorfilm finns i batterier som t ex används i elektriska fordon och för energilagring. Till skillnad från många andra industrier är kravet på renlighet i produktionen helt avgörande. Det innebär att all produktion sker i renrum.
Förutom kontakt med olika parter internt kommer du även ha kontakt med våra kunder, där Northvolt är en av dessa.

Mer om dig

Vi letar efter dig som har starka tekniska förmågor. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av kvalitetsledning. Kanske har du drivit förbättringsprojekt inom området kvalitet, six sigma, kvalificering validering, förbättringar, effektivitet och optimering?
Har du även har en djup förståelse för att arbeta och samarbeta tvärfunktionellt i en mångkulturell miljö med FoU, produktion, underhåll, processteknik med mera så är detta meriterande.

Vi önskar oss kunskap inom lean production med ständiga förbättringar som en självklar del i alla beslutsunderlag samt förståelse för riskminimering med hjälp av verktyg som FMEA.

KRAV: Högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom kemi, maskinteknik, bygg, konstruktion, vägg eller liknande (skulle det vara så att du en civilingenjörsexamen eller har jobbat inom RD är det klart meriterande!)
Djup kunskap inom standarder såsom IATF, PPAP och APQP och andra begrepp kopplade till bilindustrin
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska både skriftligt och muntlig

Om företaget

Vi på Senior Material Europe AB arbetar för att elektrifiera världen och för en grönare framtid. Ett steg på denna resa är att vi gör en separatorfilm som är en komponent i hållbara och driftsäkra litiumbatterier. Vår separatorfilm finns i batterier som exempelvis används i elektriska fordon och för energilagring. Till skillnad från många andra industrier är kravet på renlighet i vår produktion helt avgörande. Det innebär att all vår produktion sker i renrum, vilket gör att det påminner mer om ett laboratorium än en traditionell industrimiljö.

Här i Eskilstuna utvecklar och producerar vi separatorfilm för batteritillverkare som bland annat Northvolt. Vi håller just nu på att bygga en av Europas modernaste anläggningar där vi behöver anställda massor av nya medarbetare som vill vara med på vår resa att elektrifiera världen och en grönare framtid!

Om rollen

Som Processingenjör hos Senior Material Europe AB kommer du arbeta tvärfunktionellt mellan vår coating- och slittningavdelning. Du kommer även stötta upp R&D, våra operatörer och vår kvalitetsavdelning. Du kommer alltså få chansen att vara en riktig nyckelspelare!

Som processingenjör har du ansvar för att samarbete med leverantörer och vara med hela till driftsättning och process. Rollen innefattar kontrollering och övervakning av maskinerna och bidra till ständiga förbättringar på produktionslinjen. Viktigt för rollen blir process- och produktivitetsförbättringar. Du kommer få arbeta på en toppmodern anläggning med ny teknologi i nära samarbete med processoperatörer, underhålls-, kvalitets- och miljöpersonal. Vi vill gärna att du tar de kunskaper du har samt skapar dig och använder dessa för att bana väg för framtida uppgraderingar!

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du är en person med starka tekniska förmågor och gärna erfarenhet av kvalitetsledning. Kanske har du drivit förbättringsprojekt inom området kvalitet, six sigma, kvalificering & validering, effektivitet och optimering?

Vidare tror vi även att erfarenhet av att arbeta och samarbeta tvärfunktionellt i en mångkulturell miljö med exempelvis FoU, produktion, underhåll och processteknik. Vi ser gärna att du har kunskap inom lean production med ständiga förbättringar som en självklar del i alla beslutsunderlag samt förståelse för riskminimering med hjälp av verktyg som FMEA.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet och kunskap om:

- Högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom kemi, maskinteknik, bygg, konstruktion, vägg eller liknande (Meriterande en civilingenjörsexamen eller arbete inom R&D)

- Djup kunskap inom standarder, exempelvis IATF, PPAP och APQP och andra begrepp kopplade till bilindustrin

- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl skrift som muntligt
