KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stable, secure, and efficient operation.

The IE Engineer is responsible for driving productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization across production processes. The role focuses on systematic analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement to ensure stable, efficient, and competitive manufacturing operations.
The IE Engineer’s main responsibilities include:
· To analyze and optimize production processes (e.g., slurry, coating, slitting, packaging) to improve OEE, yield, and labor productivity.
· To establish, maintain, and continuously improve standard work, work instructions, and time standards.
· To conduct time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and bottleneck identification.

As a Process Operator at Senior Material, you'll play a vital role in ensuring handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.


Joining a driven and growing department, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and have a close collaboration with our Operations team!


Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will mainly include to correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information. And you also need to handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
In summary, you will play an important role in the Operations department!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.
2. To correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information.
3. To handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
4. Cleaning is a very important part of the work since the production runs in a cleanroom.
5. Always put your and your colleague’s safety first.

Inspektion av inkommande material med olika mätinstrument
I processkvalitetssäkring 
Samarbete med resterande produktionspersonal
Slutkontroll av färdig produkt

Arbetet kommer innebära att du kommer få en djupare kunskap inom kvalitetssäkring och lära dig massa om olika termer och begrepp som är kopplat till Quality Control! Visst låter det spännande?  Till skillnad från många andra industrier är kravet på renlighet i vår produktion helt avgörande. Det innebär att all vår produktion sker i renrum. Man kan kanske beskriva det som att det påminner mer om ett laboratorium än en traditionell industrimiljö. Coolt, va?

As a Process Operator at Senior Material, you'll play a vital role in ensuring handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.


Joining a driven and growing department, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and have a close collaboration with our Operations team!


Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will mainly include to correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information. And you also need to handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
In summary, you will play an important role in the Operations department!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film.
2. To correctly fill in all required data, checklists, pallet info, shift-info, and other information.
3. To handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements.
4. Cleaning is a very important part of the work since the production runs in a cleanroom.
5. Always put your and your colleague’s safety first.
6. Keep a good dialogue with managers, other operators and all other employees in the company and make sure the next shift has the relevant info about your machines.
7. Handle the machines with care.
8. Reduce the waste and try to run all operations considering environment and to not use more resources than necessary.
9. Always look for ways to improve the process, quality, and output.

Som industrielektriker hos oss kommer du att tillhöra den växandeavdelningen Equipment. Du kommer att utföra installation och underhållav högteknologiska elektriska system och utrustningar i vår produktion. En stor del av arbetet innebär också att delta i installation och idrifttagning av ny utrustning.
Tjänsten innebär även:
Genomföra modifieringsplaner för elektrisk design vid behov.
Genomföra olika större och mindre översynsplaner för produktionsutrustning.
Utföra underhåll på utrustning enligt produktions- och underhållsplaner
Ansvara för felsökning och åtgärder av elektriska fel
Utföra inspektioner och dagligt underhåll av utrustning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for setting up a structure for introduction and training for our employees with a common framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Warehouse Planning Engineer will have a comprehensive overview of the entire production and warehouse management process. This role involves planning, improving, and driving both production scheduling and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.


The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Planning Engineer include:


Production Planning:


Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that production orders are prioritized correctly.



Ensure materials are available for production and that the material needs are communicated to the purchasing department.



Balance production plans with experimental plans by gathering information from relevant departments.



Plan production and delivery schedules to meet agreed volume and timelines.



Warehouse Management:


Create and maintain efficient inbound and outbound processes, ensuring all materials follow the correct procedures.

Ensure all materials are managed using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.

Continuously follow up on business outcomes versus plans and make necessary adjustments.

The Operations Coordinator is the link between Operations Director and the other function in Operations. The Operations Coordinator will also follow up all action plans ordered by the Operations Director.
Collect and analysis all the data from production. Create the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly operations report which contains the real production status.
Master data in ERP system, find out the error input and correct it. Find the way to balance the real situation and the data in the system. Maintain the data in ERP system, make sure the system is in the correct way.
Maintain and update the operations documents regularly. Control all the paper work in the production site. Hold the training to all the operators about the paper work and the ERP operations.
Follow up all action plans ordered by Operations Director and give feedback to Operations Director.

Being a Project coordinator means that you should be used to handling administration, many systems, can quickly look up, is meticulous with details and can switch between several different tasks at a high pace at times. Furthermore, you are of course extremely service-minded and put the customer, both internal and external, first.
As Coordinator, you have overall operational responsibility for your projects and areas and control over all logistics and coordination in the event chain, which includes, among other things:


Ensuring high quality delivery of such as:
- Satisfy the wishes of suppliers and project team members
- Administer technology and coordination around daily work and activities
- Follow-up with suppliers and team member after completed projects, such as sending evaluations, compiling these and documenting them internally for future development


Manage & develop
- Help with administration the resources within the project
– Assist with cost control and budget


Who are we looking for? Skills!
- You are verbal and speak and write fluent in English at a professional level, preferable also Chinese
- It is an advantage if you have experience in Coordination Management in a commercial environment, B2B as well as managing external suppliers.
- You are used to or have the ability to work with budgets and cost follow-up
- You are very structured with distinctly strong organizational skills. You have good foresight, are driven, responsible and pay attention to every last detail
- You are good at handling people and have a distinct sense of service
- You are used to working at a fast pace and can handle many parallel tasks
- You obviously have good knowledge of the Office package and keep yourself updated in the field Visa mindre
