Key responsibilities:
Project Management:
Ensuring the customer is always first in all our project implementation decision making.
Collaborate with Regional Logistic team, SE Sales organization and local DC team and together set the local Implementation strategy.
Ensure we have secured a project delivery plan, prepared for all milestones and go-live dates.
Secure the local implementation budget and follow-up method is prepared and in line with the regional/local strategy.
Regular follow-ups with DC Management team/work environment specialist/representatives to ensure roll out planning is on track and lessons can be learned.
People Coordination:
Identify local talents with system expertise and operational knowledge for all project roll outs.
Identify what knowledge is needed for specific projects and secure those resources.
Drive an innovative mindset within all project roll outs, testing good ideas and finding ways to improve.
Drive the cross functional activities of local project team members.
Collaboration:
With all local logistic functions, regional omni logistic, global IT support and Business Development to ensure the local site has all the necessary planning and information for future changes.
With the global/regional implementation team regarding way of working, expectations and future tool kit.
With the regional logistic team and together set the local implementation plan & follow up.
You will have proven Leadership:

You have extensive experience from H&M, achieving results beyond expectations.
You have a background that provides you with a thorough and holistic understanding of Logistics.
You have a strong track record of setting clear goals with plans and actions on how to achieve them.
You are fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.

This is a full-time position based at DC Eskilstuna. You will become a part of the DC Eskilstuna management team and report directly to the DC Manager.
