We are looking for a Service Center Coordinator for a company in Eskilstuna. Start is March 16th, 5 months contract to start with. This role is 100% onsite in Eskilstuna.

The Service Center Coordinator supports Aftermarket dealers in order and deviation handling and in proactive information sharing regarding the logistics flow of spare parts.

Practical knowledge and experience required for this role is typically obtained through education and work experience. The right candidate for this role typically requires 1-3 years relevant experience.

As a Backorder Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's customers by resolving the most urgent and business-critical situations: machine breakdowns caused by missing spare parts — often referred to as “Vehicle Off Road” (VOR) cases.
All the company brands have committed to prioritizing these urgent breakdown needs above all else, including production demands. In this role, you’ll have the authority and mandate to take decisive actions — even to the extent of pausing production lines — to ensure machines are brought back into operation. It’s a challenging and dynamic role where your decisions directly impact customer operations and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage urgent backorder cases for spare parts affecting machine uptime (VOR).
Coordinate with the company sales regions, particularly Europe and International, and support regional warehouses (South America, Korea, Singapore, Dubai, USA).
Collaborate with a wide network: suppliers, production, service centers, technical teams, purchasing, material planning, and global warehouses.
Communicate reliable information and manage customer expectations with transparency and urgency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and help standardize solutions.
Embrace and support the introduction of new technologies and tools that enhance backorder handling efficiency.
