In response to the fast electrification of mobility, which is taking place around in Europe, Senior Material has established its European subsidiary, Senior Material (Europe) AB, in Eskilstuna a large-scale manufacturing plant, which will be equipped with high-automated production lines.
Senior Material (Europe) AB is in a very exiting process building the first-ever factory of Lithium-ion battery separator in Sweden. We invite you to join our stellar team in Eskilstuna for the position as
Project Director
Senior Material (Europe) is now building production capacity for the European market and has a fixed construction plan comprising 10 new factories which will be ready within the next 10 years. As our Project Director you will have the delegated responsibility for projects spanning from fully integrated projects such as Eskilstuna phase2 plant as well as other type of large-scale projects. The overall responsibility means ensuring that the projects are carried out according to plan and handed over correctly and with right conditions. For the construction plan the aim for the Project Director is to ensure the construction speed, cost control and quality in order to maintain and secure the company´s market position. You have the fully responsibility for our Corporate Project Management Office implying responsibly as:
· Overall manage and set up the governance structure for all our large-scale capital projects
· Develop a platform for new projects around Europe according to our strategy including concept design to operational phase such as construction, installation of equipment etc. to handing over the business to the operational responsible team
· Ensure and manage external contacts such as suppliers and consultancy in legal matters
· Ensure the financial project budget and budget follow-up as well as the cash flow
· Engaging och ensure turn-key constructors
· Organize and secure the competence of the department Corporate Project Management Office
In this position you will have the opportunity to establish and create the area of responsibility for the position with policies, working methods, routines and follow-up for the assignment. Added you will also establish the Corporate Project Management Office organization, processes and follow-up. Project Director is a member of the Top Management Team and reports to President & CEO.
Who we are looking for
To this exciting position, we are looking for you with experiences and skills within the Industrial and Manufacturing industry, preferably subcontractor level, automotive industry e.g. and with international and multicultural work experience. For the position we believe you have 10 years of professional experience in senior industrial project management within similar large scale capital projects of which 5 years practically project experience. You will work towards strong stakeholders, contractors, suppliers as well as strong internal expectations which demands you are a professional and stable social communicative person with strong communicative and presentation skills as well as deep experience regarding agreements and negotiations.
As our Project Director you need to have the ability to build stability and trust in your contacts and on the other hand show you are a strongly execution orientated person working proactive and stays one step ahead. You need to have the ability to work under high pressure and tight deadline. Added we think you need to be well organized and well-structured, and you need to be technically grounded and curious. To full till the position you have a track record:
· as Project Manager running complex projects covering both the planning / design phase and the implementation phase
· in problem solving i. e. strong analytical skills are required
· having commercial competence and contract competence

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Du kommer att utveckla säljdistriktet med fokus på att kvalitetssäkra och utveckla våra platser i butik genom ett aktivt och nära samarbete med de butikerna. Distriktet är Östergötland, Sörmland och Närke. Du arbetar nära säljare och du arbetar aktivt i butik med att plocka upp ordinarie sortiment samt bygga säljande exponeringar. Du säkerställer och utvecklar våra platser i livsmedelbutikerna i distriktet både vad gäller ordinarie hyllor samt våra kampanjplatser.
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att plocka färskvaror i butik och som vill ta nästa steg i karriären. Du har god insikt hur butiker driftas och god förståelse för butiksekonomi. Du är bra skyltning och exponering av varor. Arbetet kräver eget ansvar och att du har en god förmåga att planera dina dagar för att nå dina mål. Därför är det viktigt att du är självgående och strukturerad. Du har en stark egen drivkraft och gillar att arbeta i ett högt tempo. Körkort är ett krav.
