Role and Responsibilities:

· Mark and code invoices correctly so cost controlling can be done accurately.
· Check that invoices are established according to instructions.
· Assist and support QS and cost controller to optimize follow up.
· Prepare and submit invoices to the client.
· Check all invoices is approved (signed) before releasing payment.
· Reject uncompliant and wrongly stated invoices.
· Facilitate payment of invoices.
· Improve the project financial processes and regulations and give all the project members proper trainings and instructions.
· Administration of employee expenses.
· Support and training of employees in Unit 4.
· Administration of AP.
· Reconciliation of AP and payments.
· Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding incoming invoices.
· Supporting Financial team with yearly ending and communicating with HQ.
Comply with the CRTGs values, policy, and code of conduct.

· Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.
Ad hoc - Other task / project can be considered.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
University education: Relevant Master or Bachelor degree or similar in Accounting.

· Excellent written & oral in English.
Chinese and Swedish is plus.
· Minimum 1 years work experience of accounting.
Skills:
Result orientated and problem -solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:
• Assist project manager in management and planning of production.
• Lead production within its area of responsibility according to established plans.
• Acquire and call off resources in consultation with the project manager.
• Develop 6 weeks of schedule and what other schedules are needed.
• Inform yourself about, plan, lead, distribute and coordinate the work.
• Perform self-monitoring and documentation according to workplace routines.
• Perform reception protocols of incoming material according to workplace routines.
• Contribute to the adequacy of the workplace's competence.
• Inform subordinate staff.
• Encourage creativity, innovation and the development of subordinate staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, rules and regulations.
• Follow up and reconcile production calculations and plans.
• Carry out change reporting and propose corrective measures.
• Comply with the CRTG's values, policy, and code of conduct.
• Communicate with HQ technical team and local team .
• Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:
1. With strong insights of the construction market as well as in-depth network of civil engineering industry.
2. Minimum of three (3) years, full-time experience in managing projects. Experience of big project management, design management for the construction of tunnels using drill and blast method, TBM method or other projects would be a plus.
3. Experience of subcontractors and suppliers management and quality management.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to perform and work under tight schedules plus high pressure.
6. Excellent of both spoken & written English and Mandarin Visa mindre
